Qualification: The Case Worker should be woman, a resident of Local Community (so that local human resources and expertise is utilized for effective functioning of the Centre) and possess the following basic qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Law/Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Science/ Psychology.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences of working on women related relevant domains in a Govt. or Non Govt. Project/ Programme.
CA may assigned any other work related to OSC to any of the Staff from time to time.

2. Psycho- Social Counselor
No. of Post: 1
Qualification: The Counselor should be woman and possess the following basic qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Psychology/ Psychiatric/ Neuro Sciences with a background in the Health Sector/Social Work. Preferably minimum 3 Years of experiences of working with a Govt. of Non Govt. Health Project/Programmes at the District Level.
CA may assigned any other work related to OSC to any of the Staff from time to time.
Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 25000/- per month
3. Multi- Purpose Worker
No. of Post: 1
Qualification: Multi- Purpose Worker Preferably a woman can be any Person who is literate with Knowledge/ experiences of working in the relevant domain. (Preference will be to an individual to a high School Degree) CA may assigned any other work related to OSC to any of the Staff from time to time.
Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 14000/- per month
4. Security Guard
No. of Post: 2
Qualification: Minimum 2 years of experiences of working as a Security Guard in a Govt . or reputed Organization at the District/ State Level. (Preference will be given a retired Military/ Para- Military Personnel)
CA may assigned any other work related to OSC to any of the Staff from time to time.
Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 12000/- per month
Age Limit: The
candidate must be a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 40 years of
age as on 01.01.2025 with a relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit for
candidates under SC, ST(H), ST(P); 3 years for OBC/MOBC and 10 years
for Person with Disability (PwD) category.
