Airports Authority of India (AAI) Regional Headquarters, North Eastern Region has released a job advertisement for the recruitment of 14 posts of Senior Assistant (Electronics), Junior Assistant (HR) and Junior Assistant (Fire Services) vacancy for its various airports in North Eastern Region. Candidates who are DOMICILE of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura can apply for these posts.

AAI NER Recruitment Details

1. Senior Assistant (Electronics)

No of Posts: 5

 

Pay: NE-06 Level

 

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering.

Experience: Two years (2) relevant experience in the concerned discipline.

 

2. Junior Assistant (HR)

No of Posts: 2

 

Pay: NE-04 level

 

Educational Qualification: Graduate.

 

3. Junior Assistant (Fire Services)

No of Posts: 7

 

Pay: NE-04 Level

 

Educational Qualification:

 

i) 10th Pass + 3 years approved regular Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire.

(OR)

ii) 12th Pass (Regular Study).

 

Desirable: Due weightage shall be given to a candidate possessing any one or more (subject to maximum limit of the following).

 

a) Computer Science as subject at 12th class level;

b) NCC ‘B’ Certificate

c) Relevant experience in an aviation/regular/industrial fire service

d) Basic Fire Fighting Training Course from AAI Fire Training Establishment.

e) Sub-Fire Officer course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.

 

Driving License:

 

a) Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License;

OR

b) Valid Medium Vehicle Licence issued at least One Year before the date of advertisement i.e. 06/12/2025.

OR

c) Valid Light Motor Vehicle License (LMV) issued at least two years before the date of advertisement i.e. 06/12/2025.

Age Limit for AAI NER Recruitment

Age Limit: The candidate’s age shall be 18 to 30 years as on 06/12/2025 and the upper age limit is relaxable as follows:

 → SC/ ST: 5 years

 → OBC/NCL: 3 years

 → PwBD: 10 years

 → PwBD {OBC (NCL)}: 13 years

 → PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
