Eligibility Criteria of BSF Constable Sports Quota Recruitment

Age Limit: 18 to 23 years as on 1st August 2025

Age Relaxation:  

 

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC/ NCL: 3 years

Physical Standard:

Height: Male: 170 cms; Female: 157 cms

Chest:

• Male: 80 cms (Unexpanded)

• Min Expansion: 05 cms

Weight: Proportionate to height & age as per medical standards for Male & Female Candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should pass Matriculation or its equivalent exam from a recognized Board.

Sports Qualification:

i) Only those players who have participated or won medal(s) in the levels of competition mentioned in table below during last two years from the closing date of Advertisement are eligible to apply.

 

ii) Candidate will be given marks for any one highest medal secured by him/her during last 02 years. If any candidate has secured more than 01 medal in particular competition, in that case he/she shall be awarded marks for only the highest medal/position secured in the competition.
