NHM Assam CCH Admit Card 2020: This is to certify that the candidates who have applied for the Six (06) months Certificate course in Community Health (CCH) for January 2020 Batch of National Health Mission (NHM), Assam, the Date of Written Examination for the candidates is fixed as per schedule below:

NHM Assam CCH Admit Card 2020 - Details:

Name of the Course: Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) for January 2020 Batch

Date of Written Examination: 12/01/2020 (Sunday)

Reporting Time: 10 AM

Time of Written Examination: 11 AM to 12.30 PM

Written Exam Venue: Will be notified on NHM Website.

Admit Cards: Will be uploaded on NHM Website.

NHM Assam CCH Written Exam/ Admit Card - Details:

• The venue/examination centre will be notified and subsequently uploaded on the NHM, Assam website www.nhm.assam.gov.in


• The list of shortlisted candidates for the written examination and Admit Cards will be uploaded on the NHM, Assam website www.nhm.assam.gov.in


• The shortlisted candidates will be allowed to carry his/her Admit Card, One Govt. Photo ID Card, Blue Ball Point Pen and One recent Passport Size Photograph only in the Examination Hall.


• The candidates will not be allowed to carry any Mobile Phones, Head Phones, Books, Reference Materials, Calculator, Digital Watches, Pen Drives or any Electronic Gadgets in the Examination Hall.
