Application Fee for UPSC CDS Examination (1) 2021:
Female/SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of fee. Other candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India or by using Visa/Master/Rupay Credit/Debit Card.
Syllabus for UPSC CDS 1 Exam 2021:
CDS Competitive examination will comprises: (a) Written examination and (b) Interview and personality test. Structure of the exam will be :

Maximum marks allotted to the written examination and to the interviews will be 300, 300, 300 and 200 each for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers’ Training Academy respectively. The papers in all the subjects will consist of objective type questions only. There will be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers in the Objective Type Question Papers.
