NERIE B.Ed Admission 2022: NERIE Entrance Exam (CEE), Apply Online

NERIE B.Ed Admission 2022 Notification: 

NERIE, Umiam, Meghalaya has released notification for Common Entrance Examination - CEE 2022 for admission into 2 year regular B.Ed. Course at NERIE, Umiam. Eligible candidates from eight states of the North East- Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura may apply online at (http://nerie.nic.in). 

NERIE, Umiam, Meghalaya provides various Teacher Education programmes. viz. (i) B.Sc. B.Ed. (4-years), (ii) B A. B.Ed. (4-years), (iii) M.Sc. Ed. (6-years), (iv) B.Ed. (2-years) run under Regional Institutes of Education.

Eligibility Criteria of NERIE B.Ed Admission:

(a) Candidates with at least 50% marks in Bachelor's Degree and/ or in Master's Degree in Science/ Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science or Mathematics or in Bachelor's Degree and/ or in Master's Degree in Social Science/ Humanities/ Commerce are eligible for admission. (Relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates).

(b) Candidates must be belonging to eight (08) North Eastern States viz., Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.

The category wise application fee is as given below:

• General and OBC — Rs. 1000/-

• SC/ ST/ PwD/ EWS — Rs. 500/-

How to Apply for NERIE B.Ed Admission 2022:

Eligible students from 8 North-Eastern states interested in the NERIE 2 years B.Ed course may apply online through the official website www.cee.ncert.gov.in from 20th April 2022 up to 30.06.2021.
