Directorate of Secondary Education (DSE), Assam has released the official Assam High School Final Merit List 2020-2021 for 5746 Graduate Teacher (Arts & Science) Vacancy. DSE Assam has released Document Verification Schedule for candidates selected in Final Merit List which can view district-wise at DSE website www.madhyamik.assam.gov.in from the Midnight of 31.01.2021 onwards.

Instructions Regarding Assam High School Final Merit List, Appointment Letter & More:

In pursuance of the Govt. letter No. ASE. 176/2020/PU58, dtd. 27.01.2021, the following information is hereby published for the information of the candidates for the post of Graduate Teacher (Arts / Science), whose names appears in the District-wise final merit list to be published in the website at www.madhyamik.assam.gov.In on 31.01.2021 in connection with the advertisement No GBEST/Advertisement/1/2020/1 1, dtd. 11.09.2020, published in local dailies on 12.09.2020 and addendums issued on 15.09.2020 and 29.09.2020 :-

# The selected candidates (whose names appeared in the final merit list) are requested to attend the final physical verification of records, testimonials etc. in their respective selected District that is scheduled on 01/02/2021 and 02/02/2021. For the purpose, District-wise venue, time etc., will be published in the website at www.madhyamik.assam.gov.in in the morning of 31.01.2021. Accordingly, the selected candidates are requested to bring their all original records, testimonials and appear for the physical verification programme, as per schedule without fail.

# The Inspectors of Schools will display the list of valid selected and rejected candidates in the NOTICE BOARD on each day after completion of physical verification of the testimonials of the selected candidates.

# Appointment letters to the selected Graduate Teachers (Arts & Science), who had completed the successful physical verification at District level, will be distributed ceremonially on 06.02.2021 from 10.00 AM onwards at Sarusajai Stadium premises, Guwahati. The selected, candidates are requested to attend the ceremonial distribution programme and collect their appointment letters without fail.

# After collection of appointment letters, the appointees must submit their joining reports and undertakings before the Inspector of Schools on 06/02/2021 between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

# Appointees must attend the District-wise counseling for School-wise posting which is scheduled on 07/02/2021 08/02/2021 and 08/02/2021 09/02/2021 For the purpose, District-wise venue, time etc., will be published in the website at www.madhyamik.assam.gov.in in the morning of 31.01.2021.

# All appointees should report to their new place of posting in Secondary Schools on 09/02/2021 10/02/2021 positively.

Assam High School Teacher (District-wise) Verification List 2020 - Download 1st Provisional Merit List:

DSE Assam going to release district-wise verification list of Assam High School TET Teacher recruitment 2020. Candidates who have applied online for the post of 5746 Graduate Teacher (Arts/ Science) can download their Application Number for verification of original, educational testimonials, etc. in the website at (www.madhyamik.assam.gov.in) w.e.f. 07.11.2020 (evening). The original documents verification process will start from 09/11/2020 to 17/11/2020.

Download High School Teacher District-wise Verification List 2020: 

Candidates who have applied online for the post of Graduate Teacher (Arts/ Science) of Assam High Schools can download their district-wise documents verification list from the schedule given below.




Documents Required for Assam High School Teacher District-wise Verification 2020:

1. The applicants have to bring all original documents as submitted in the online process for showing before the District Selection Committee.

2. The applicants must bring one set of photocopy of all documents (self-attested) including the copy of acknowledgment downloaded and printed after successful submission of their online applications together with a passport size colour photograph (recent) for submission of the same during the course of verification.

3. The candidates have also to carry Photo Identification Document such as PAN card / Driving License / Bank Passbook / Adhar Card / Caste Certificate [Ration Card / Students Identity Card issued by Recognized Educational Institutions etc. for their identification during the process of verification.

4. The applicants must have to maintain COVID 19 protocol and wear face mask at the time of verification.

5. Further, the applicants who did not download the acknowledgment yet, they can now download the same from the website through which applicants have submitted their online applications w.e.f. evening of 07.11.2020. 


Instructions to Candidates Regarding Assam High School TET Verification 2020:

» The candidates who have applied in multiple districts and unable to attend verification of documents by DSC (District Selection Committee) as per schedule may contact the respective Inspectors of schools for a  convenient date and time within the scheduled notified dates.

» Claims and objections (if any) may be lodged to the Director of Secondary Education from 05-12-2020 to 07-12-2020. The exact method for the same will be notified through Official website (www.madhyamik.assam.gov.in) in due course of time.

» Candidates are instructed to wear face masks, avoid gathering and maintain social distance. Moreover, any candidate if desired by the District Selection Committee may have to undergo COVID-19 test by the Health Department (DSC).

» Any Testimonials dated after the last date of submission of application as per the advertisement will not be accepted for evaluation.

» Candidates may regularly visit the website www.madhyamik.assam.gov.in for any further updates including change of schedule, if any.

Assam High School TET Marksheet 2020: Distribution Start From 26 August 2020

Assam High School TET Marksheet 2020: 

The Marksheet/ Certificate of Assam Higher Secondary TET (Medium-wise) for the qualified candidates will be distributed from 26 August 2020. 

Office of the Mission Director, SSA, and Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhijan (RMSA) Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 has given an official notification regarding Distribution of Assam Higher Secondary TET Marksheet/ Certificate.

As per the official notification,

It is for general information to al the qualified candidates of Medium Wise TET for Secondary Education, held on 19 January, 2020 that the Certificates cum Mark sheets will be distributed from 26h August, 2020 at the office premises of lnspector of Schools of All districts of Assam. Candidates are requested to collect the same from district Inspector of Schools office during the office hours only Qualified candidates may collect the Certificates cum Mark sheets from District Inspector of Schools office as per the "Permanent district" selected by the candidates during the online application process of Medium wise Secondary TET.

Candidates must bring Admit cards and online statement of marks for the identification to collect their certificate cum Mark sheet.

How to apply for Re-evaluation of Assam High School/ Secondary TET Result 2020:

(a) Candidates are required to send the re-evaluation application.

(b) A Demand draft of Rs.300/- (Three hundred only) also to be submitted along with the application.

(c) Both application form and DD through should send through postal mode to the “The Member Secretary, TET Empowered Committee for Secondary Education, O/O Mission Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha, Abhijan, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19".


Note:

- Physical/ Personal submission of re-evaluation or any application related to TET will not be accepted at State Mission Office of RMSA, Assam Kahilipara, Guwahati-19.
- Applications have to be reached at aforesaid address on or before 26/05/2020, beyond this stipulated period no prayer shall be entertained whatsoever.

Assam Secondary TET Results 2020: Check Results @ ssa.assam.gov.in

Assam Secondary TET Results 2020: The results of Assam High School TET going to announced on 4th March 2020. Candidates who appeared in the Assam Secondary TET (Medium wise), may check their results through the official website of SSA Assam.

The Education Minister of Assam Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma has announced today on 03/03/2020 regarding the results of Assam Secondary TET 2019-2020. As per his announcement on twitter cum facebook the Results will be Announced tomorrow on 04.03.2020.
